My Father died andmy brother was executor of his estate. Well doing some title searches through the county I noticed that y fathers name as removed from the title of my brothers house weeks after he died9he helped my brother purchase the house as an investment]. This just does not sit right with me, but am involved in a bitter divorceand do not have time to pursue this yet. Before I jump to conclusions does anyone have any possible scenarios where a deadman can remove himself from the title.[ My Brothers house appreciated almost 150k and dads investment was to be refunded poportionatly.]

Was it changed as part of the probate process?

NO. There was no mention of it. So I am assuming he did it to hide my dads interest.. I will have to go to the clerks office and get copies of the transaction..I do not want to believe my brother was trying to conceal my fathers interest, but I can't think of any thing else can you?
