Question Can my 20yr old be guardian if my spouse & I die?

I am creating simple will and live in Virginia. I would like to list our 20yr old, very capable, daughter as the guardian of our other 3 children in the event my wife and I die at or around the same time.

Under Virginia law, can a 20 year old be the guardian?

I would call your family court clerk or social services. It is 21 in some states.
