Confused The executor paid the final expenses and bills for dad\'s estate...

Legally am I obligated to pay her back any money, if the estate covered it all?

The executor paid the final expenses and bills for dad\'s estate with
the money from dad's checking account, refunds that came in and cash he
had set aside in the
home.

Do the other two beneficiaries have to pay back the money to the
executor?

My oldest sister was appointed as Executor by our parents. Thinking she
would do right by her other two sister's.
Well she has been on a power and control trip since March. She has not allowed me to have a say over anything. Not even as partner's with the estate, which is in both our names.

Dad's checking account, the refunds that came in and cash dad had on
hand in the home. Was set aside by dad before his death, to pay all the estate expenses and bills, so his daughter's would not have to.
Which the executor did used it for that purpose.
Now she is claiming, my sister and I have to pay all the money paid out all back to her and her husband, like it was out of their pockets.
When we sell the house. It was dad\'s money and in his name.

Then in April the estate was taken our of probate, because we were listed on the deed as the beneficiaries after his death.
The estate is now in her name and my name,
So I am not budging to sell, till this disagreement is cleared up.
When the estate, went from dad's name, to our name and she closed his
checking account, dad's estate ended..

So, Did her executor duties end at this time? She still thinks she is the executor over the situation.

She never had utilities changes out of dad\'s name.
The two newholder's (My sister and I) of the estate.
To this day nothing has had my name on it.
She has foolishly invested money into the property, because she was trying to buy it, then she changed her mind, since there is so much rehabbing needed to bring the little house up to code. She is now saying we need to pay that back as well.
There was never a partnership agreement signed, when the house went
into both our names.

This whole situation has been very unfortunate, exhausting and frustrating.

We just need any information to help.

Thanks for your help..
