Thumbs Up Destruction of Real Estate

If an executor decides to destroy (ie set fire) to a house in lieu of executing will to siblings, where does that insurance money go, if she's successful? I'm thinking it goes where she shouldn't want it to go...into Probate.

It seems as though from all my callings and responses since there is no time stature of limitation on filing a will in the Florida State Probate Courts without getting an attorney (which means $$)...geezzzz

The Enforcement Code division has the crosshairs on one sibling (the one who has been stripping the house). If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

I wish to inform you that if executor destroys house then executor will be liable to compensate to insurance company and insurance company is liable to legal heirs. Further because of destruction of real estate executor can be held liable. You can represent yourself and a lawyer is required if you are unable to represent yourself.

It should go without saying that anyone who destroys property, e.g. arson, is not entitled to any insurance proceeds. They get jail time instead.

Probate should be opened immediately and the estate administered under the scrutiny and supervision of the court. I would seek advice from a Florida probate attorney immediately.

If you want to get success in real estate marketing then you should advertise the real estate properties through Internet that really helps you to get huge responses from potential customers and you can communicate with them very easily via it. You can also put an advertisement on local newspapers. You should maintain good relationship with the customers.
