Exclamation changed will

Monday 16,2007. I went to the courthouse to read my late uncle's will.I wanted to read the original will but they showed me a probate will.It had been made in 2003 however at that time my uncle was incompetent. He told me I was the sole beneficiary and now I am not even in the will. What am I going to do?

Default Re: changed will

You can challenge a will if you can show fraud, or incompetence etc. You will normally want to have a lawyer if you decide to proceed.
