Durable POA creating living trust AZ

I am the durable power of attorney for my 89yr old grandmother who has alzheimers. I am also the legal beneficiary of her will. I would like to know if I can legally set up a living trust in her name in order to avoid probate. Thank you

I wish to inform you that a living trust may be formed and probate may be avoided. In this regard the creation of trust will avoid probate because all assets will vest with trust and your grandmother will not have any assets in her name therefore probate will be avoided. Trust may make you as beneficiary of trust. rust will have three parties Trustee, Beneficiary and Trustmaker. The terms of your Power of Attorney will determine your right to create trust. If you are allowed under General Power of Attorney then you may take steps in this regard for creation of trust.
