Hello,
I have nobody to leave my estate to and all my family members are gone. I am buying a plot and headstone in advance so I can see it on the plot now. I'm even having my name put on the stone and birthdate to make sure people know who the plot belongs to and I can make sure that part is done. Here's the problem: Who will take care of me when I die and who will sell the house and get the money and finalize my matters? Is there a way I can do all this finalizing now? Who knows when that day will come but I wanna be prepared. |

You should appoint an attorney or bank etc. to handle that for you.
The church or other religious body could also play a role. |
