IA Probate- who gets notice
I had an aunt pass away- widowed, no children. Her sister survives her- but was excluded from the will due to being on federal aid and in a nursing home.
Several nieces and nephews were listed as heirs. When those individuals get mailed the notice of probate and that they've been named as an heir- does the law also require that they be mailed an actual copy of the will? Also- does the law require notice to be mailed to nieces or nephews not identified as heir in her will? |

They will have to get a copy one way or another normally yes; the executor can provide it.
Some wills provide for the document not to be seen in total. |
