Cool Peggy

Can anyone tell me if in the state of Kentucky, if someone is due to receive life insurance proceeds and owes back child support, state and federal taxes, can the government and/or child support enforcement intercept the issuance of the check and direct the money to the persons who are owed? I'm looking for roughly 15K from my ex for child support. He is due to get about 40k from life insurance proceeds.

Yes--get the enforcement agency or even the District Attorney (if a large amount is owing) involved if need be!
