trust administrator
my dad passed on in 95.my brother was named administrator by the court.after the judge made his order of distribution ,now that was in 1995 still today he has not distributed like the order says infact he only put his name on property and did not distribute to me at all

A court would very likely sanction him with fimes or take his duties away. Something is wrong; it does not take that amount of time...you may threaten to file suit if need be. World Law's lawyers could also likely help if you need it.
