Default Should the estate be probated at all due to the small amount of value?

Florida. My dad died in March of this year. He signed the title of the house over in a quiet title to one individual and disposed the rest of the estate in a Will. The estate is yet to be probated, but what I'm wondering is if the estate should be probated at all.

The house title was transferred separately via a life estate, the rest of the estate, 2 vehicles worth about a total of $8,000, and a few pieces of furniture. The remainder of the estate (besides the house) is probably worth only $10,000. There are outstanding bills that haven't been paid, maybe $500, so I'm not sure whether this estate actually has to probated at all due to the small amount of value.

Does anyone know?

I wish to inform you that as the value of estate is less then $75,000 therefore you may have Summary Administration of the estate. In this regard under summary administration a person may be made liable for debts of the deceased within two years after the death of the person.
