Default wills property abroad

my self and my partner have property both here in eastern europe , can we make a will here in the uk to cover both properties, as we both have children from previous marriages, the house in the uk is owned 100% by both of us, could you please let me know as to what we will have to do to make everything 100 % clear in our wills and should we be making a joint will
