Can an alien resident sell his townhome to a foreigner who is not living in US?

I wish to inform you that a foreigner can buy property in USA. In this regard the seller may be an alien. However the buyer may require permission from his home country to invest in USA.

Property can be bought and sold in the U.S. by legal residents/citizens.

One does not need "permission" from their home country to buy property in another.

You can sell your property to whomever you wish, so long as it's a legal transaction.
