REV.LIVING TRUST PREPARATION.
IF A REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST IS DONE "ONLINE", DOES IT LEGALLY WORK EXACTLY THE SAME WAY (no probate-waiting time) AS IF PREPARED BY AN ATTORNEY??
WHAT ARE THE PROS & CONS REGARDING "ONLINE" vs. 'ATTORNEY'?? |

We normally recommend you use an attorney as there are many issues you will not think about if you try to do it alone. That is not a document to be taken lightly.
