Hello. Every case is different. Here's ours.
Mother wrote a will (shop bought) and signed it. I took a non digital photogragph of her signing it at various angles, that is the only witness. Two signatures later was added as witnesses but not on same day. Now by law it's not legal but it's still a wish. Especially since there is no other will of hers. Two years later my Father also signed a will (exactly the same way and exactly the same wording). Photographs exists of both. Now my question is mother assumed it was legal, she was not forced in to as father too after thinking about it two years later! So will not the judge if it goes to court look at other factors? The photos, the fact that mother entrusted me with other matters like family gold which was kept in my bank etc. Surely what matters was the intention is it not? |
