Question Regarding A Beneficiary
If somebody wills money to a charitable organization and that organization goes bankrupt or out of business for whatever reason, what becomes of the money? Does it go to the next of kin in the family or does it go to a similar charity with much the same causes? Thank you very much!

That is to be decided by whomever the beneficiary is. Once the money is in the beneficiary's possession, it is theirs to do what they want with. It would not revert back to whomever Willed it or their family members.
