Mortgage on Inherited House
When I die my 2 daughters will inherit my house. They would sell it ASAP and split the money. I have a mortgage on it and owe $30,000. This is my entire estate - I have no other assets or real savings to speak of. Will my daughters end up paying my mortage and real estate taxes until the house is sold? In the event they cannot afford this, does the house go into foreclosure? Thank you.

Until the house is sold? Do you plan on leaving it to them under the stipulation they sell it? |
