how to communicate to my father legally that i don't want a share in his property (movable/immovable) and my wife & children in future also

You really don't need to do anything. If he leaves you anything in a Will, or a Trust, you can simply give it to whomever you wish to give it to, or sell it, or whatnot. There is no provision that can force a parent not to leave their children what they owned or possessed in life.
