my father passed away in june my brother is executor and he wont show me the will what do i do

If your father left a Will, your brother, as Executor, is required by law to file it with the Probate Court that has jurisdiction in the county your father resided in.
Consult an attorney and advise that your brother has not done so. Every heir is entitled by law to know what is in their parents' Will. If your brother does not file the Will, you can petition the Probate Court to be appointed your father's Personal Representative, as you have no way of knowing for sure if your father died intestate or not. I'm sorry for your loss. |
