EEK! trust- Florida

mother has passed away- will be 2 years this may
older sister is executrix, there are 5 beneficieries- all stocks were liquidated and divided 5 equal shares-
that was 1 year ago-we 4 siblings are not able to have contact with the estate lawyers-
only my sister..
we have tried.. calling and faxing and emailing- the law firm charged us 7,000 for trying to ask questions about the trust and when monies were going to be forth coming...
that 7 grand came out of the trust( our money).
i need to say my sibling was not very informative about the will or trust- she says she is in charge and doing the right thing... and to trust her...
there is also moms house in question- in the trust..
now does this mean everyone has to be on the same page to sell it? if it is in trust does that mean that no one persons name is on it... and that anyone of us can buy it?
well executrix wants to buy it, but wants to wait a year..
we 4 want to sell now. how do we go about this?
we dont want to use our trust to pay for the house for a year till she is ready to buy.
if she wants to buy next year shouldnt she be paying out her money towards the upkeep of the house? she is also the onlyone in florida- we are split between ny and calif.
also there was a payment in july which we all were waiting on- this was the last thing for the trust to be done.. the payment came in (we werent told this) and the money is there..
but now sister says trust can not be closed out because a certain amount of money has to say in there for a year to cover the house...
has anyone heard of this before? also since she is the one who lives near the house and would have to be there for the real estate- she might turn down deals, which we would never know about- to keep the house on the market till she is ready to but it-
how do we get around this? also would like to know can i get a lawyer her in ny to help with this, or do i have to find someone in florida-
i believe we are being raked over the coals, and this has gone on way to long-

I would suggest having competent senior counsel review and get a second opinion.

Ask for a flat fee and define what you want done. If there has been any wrongdoing the executor can be held financially liable.

Email world law direct on their home page if you don't have local counsel that can assist--they may assign a lawyer or otherwise direct you etc.

i sort of knew we were going to have to go the route of getting a lawyer, but was trying to avoid it since she is our sister and i wanted to trust her..
