Default Challenging a will in Ontario

I am a widow with 4 children. My husband died in 2002 and contact with his family was maintained until the present day. My father-in-law passed away 6 months ago. He was a very wealthy man. His estate was divided between my husband's two surviving siblings, with no provisions made for leaving anything to our 4 children. Is there anything I can do to challenge this?
