Texas- My brother and I signed our mineral rights over to our mother in 1995 after my dad passed away so she would have enough money to get by. At the time there was one oil well,
now there are 5. Is there anyway to get my rights back since she has struck it rich? |

normally not unless you can argue you were deceived or misled or incompetent somehow when you signed away the rights.
