Default Inheritance: Can we request seeing it since our names are on it?

My Grandfather passed away years ago, leaving a sizable estate.
According to the will when he died, his four children would receive their inheritance and the 11 grandchildren at that time would have to wait until his wife passed away to start receiving yearly payments.
Grandma is currently still alive and well in a nursing home with old age dementia.
I believe either my mother or one of my uncles are now legal guardians (if that's the right word) over the estate and they can decide when to release the inheritances.
Now, we have never actually seen the will.
Can we request seeing it since I would assume our names are on it?
Also, I would assume the money is being held in escarole, who gets the interest that money has collected over the years?
We can all certainly use that money now.
Is their anything we can do to start receiving yearly payments?

You can request to see it; and if they refuse or you think there is any fraud etc. you may file in court and get a court order requiring disclosure and/or an accounting of the funds, where they are etc.
