Confused Special Administrator

The mother of my late husbands youngest child just had herself appointed Special Administrator to the estate of my late husband. They were never married. What exactly is she trying to do here? What does her being Special Administrator to his estate mean, for me, for any and everything? I don't understand what she is trying to do.

Default Re: Special Administrator

It would appear she is trying to help manage and resolve the estate issues.

You certainly can be informed about what is happening in that court proceeding if you have concerns--or for any reason if you want further information.
