Default What is the procedure for exhuming a body for paternity testing?

Pennsylvania i(PA) -- What is the procedure for exhuming a body for paternity testing and what is the cost. I know you need the permission of the adminstratrix but she is deceased.

The next of kin will have a right to object and a court can decide if it is necessary or not.
