Unregistered Guest Posts: n/a	jackie a friend of mine has just passed away and hasnt left a will but has left behind a bit of money,her next of kin is a cousin who hasnt had much to do with friend and doesnt want to be next of kin.I have been taking care of friends finances and health care for years.What will happen to her money,will the state claim it?live in uk
