Unhappy Grandmother's Dress and Last Will

Indiana My GrandMother passed away when my Mother was about 5 years old. My Mother received her Mother's black silk dress and it stayed in my parents footlocker for years. My Mother pasted away 20 Oct 1983 and everything went to my Father. On 9 Dec 1983 my dad had his last will and testament wrote up leaving me everything that my parents had to me. My Mother's brother ask me if I would loan him the black silk dress that was given to my Mother and the flag that the military gave my Mother when her Father passed. I was suppose to get this stuff back when my Mother's brother passed, but his two youngest boys had the house phone turned off and I finally received there cell phone number. I called the two boys about the dress and flag, thats when I found out the two boys gave the dress to my cousin in Kentucky. My cousin's Mother is trying to keep me from getting the dress back, which belongs to me by the will and I have the belt to it. Will the just will be enough to get the dress back are do I need to do something else.

That is enough.

Sue in court if need be to get an order for them to return it--or sue in small claims for damages.
