Cheated out of my share!
Good day. My mom died 5years ago without a will. My father failed to execute her estate appropriately between me, my sister and himself, and instead kept everything in his own personal account. Is there a way in which my sister and I can get justice in such a situation? The money has dried up and only our house and my mom's pension remain.Im in South Africa and feel that the ''Constitution" has failed me.Please help

You can file suit for fraud if he failed to divide the property and process the estate legally in court as required.
