Default North Carolina

My fiance and I live together. In december 2009 we were in a trajic car accident and he was killed. He has two children from a previous marriage. His last will was from the state of va in early 90s. It stated that his personal property to be given to his children. I have delivered his items to their home. The mother of the children has been harassing me from the time of the funeral home and is currently. She is now requesting items she had seen in our home after the funeral home. Some are gifts that were given to me by my finace and others are my own personal property. She has even listed items that are not in our home and I have never seen. She is refusing to listen to reason about all items including things that were never here and that he must have disgarded or donated. What are my rights in this situation?

You can politely tell her what is the situation and then cut contact.

If she is so sure of her points she can go to court.

Gifts remain with you.
