Can I still get it?

Hello there, I have a small dilemma, a close friend died of heart complications a couple months ago. Before this tragedy I was promised a race car. Prior to the death, another individual somehow managed to obtain the vehicle by taking advantage of the illness. The car has been found, I have the title but there is no written will stating that I am to have to car. Therefore, my question is, "Can I still get it??"

If title is signed over to you yes.

If not signed over to you it belongs to the estate.
