Unhappy Being forced to sell home was wondering

Under Az Law...
Joint owners,we both aquired 50% by the deaths of original owners.
I aquired mine in 1999,they aquired theirs in 2004.
I have lived in the homw since 1996,and made all the mortgage payments and taxes.
They are forcing me to sell, because they need money, but with the economy
will be lucky to get original price.I havent done any upgrades because it was not in my name. As a matter of fact there is a lot of repairs to do.
Value is probably 69000.00 with a 35000.00 payoff first.
Doesnt leave much, after deducting what is wrong with the house.
My question is, has a judge ruled in favor of the person who has made the payments and taxes, when the other party has no money at all involved.

Yes that does happen in some cases.

If two or more owners cannot agree on what to do with a piece of property they may petition the court and the court will order a sale or refinancing etc. so that the one or more may get out of the property obligation and/or the other(s) may keep it etc.--it is often done-- (This is true in some cases even for equitable owners that have paid various amounts etc., but for various reasons, may not be on title.) You could threaten to take this action if need be. It may cause compromise which is of course what you need here now.
