Confused Liabilities of a power of attorney

I am considering being a power of attorney for my uncle. Will I be liable for any debts or litigations he may have? I don't believe he has any assets to speak of.

Default Re: Liabilities of a power of attorney

Normally no unless you are negligent or misuse the POA somehow.
