Question Estate

We do not agree on how to divide our estate upon the death of both of
us. Since we disagree, we thought it would be helpful to have as many opinions, suggestions or advice as possible.

We both have children from previous marriages. One party has 1 child
and the other 3.

We have both worked and contributed equally for all purchases as well as
expenses.

What advice would you give as to the division of the cash assets to the
children?

Thank you

Default Re: Estate

share all funds/assets earned after your marriage equally with all kids--let other assets earned or obtained before marriage go to the children of each parent--that is one idea!
