As a trustee to fathers trust, land and homes only, no money, new trustee advised by accountant to get better loan than one father had prior to passing. Did so and lowered interest rate 5%. Loan on property is now in trustees name only and she is only responsible for it. Siblings want to remove trustee, but have not assisted with any bills, taxes, payments or clean up of land or homes. They have no real basis for removing other that false acusations, which trustee can counter with proof. It in the event trustee was removed as trustee, what would happen with the fact that she lives on property, her daughter in the other house and she is responsible for the payments? Providing she has done nothing wrong, how hard would be to remove her? They have no basis to remove her, all questions they have asked she has answered and they just keep asking the same stuff, almost just to get her angry and force her to give up. Just want to know what would happen with loan and living arrangments if she was removed?
