Unhappy Husband is filing for divorce and estate is not settled
If your husband inherits money during your marriage in Michigan and the and he files for divorce are you entitled to any of the money?

Normally no-that remains with him.

But a judge can overrule that if there are special or extraordinary circumstances that support you.
