I think you can not. But i do think you can only leave her a dime.
My ? for you is why so angry what has she done that you do not want to leave her anything? If your lucky maybe she will die first lol That might be the only way she will get nothing. |

You normally cannot. Almost any state has a statutory minimum to protect spouses. She can refuse the will and take 25 to 30 percent of your estate.
The law does not want penniless spouses, no matter what they did. But hey you can divorce her right now too? |
