removal of executor: brother lied about use of executor funds

If I can prove my brother lied about use of executor funds is that enough to remove him in court?

At least one 2000 dollar expenditure he denied making, at first.

If you can show any dishonest or fraudulent behavior at all, that is enough to remove them in most courts.
