my step father has just died, in England. I wasnt notified I live overseas. My mother and he were married for 30years mother died 3 years ago. My step brother is sole benificiary, as my mother contributed to the home over those years am I entiled to anything from the will, even though my step father did not name me

If you are over age 18 you may very well not be entitled to anything.
But definitely have a lawyer review your details and advise as well. |
