how are you supposed to deal with someones estate when you have no money for a lawyer. and ive been told if its under 10000 dollars you do not have to go through probate

In Probate you DO-NOT retain any attorney with your personal monies. They will rob you(or try to nicely tell you it's called "BILL YOU") with(any and mostly exaggerated/phony/fake/fraudulent/complexed)commonly known fees which are called "STATUTORY" & "EXTRAORDINARY".
They have to petition the courts for these fees. If you don't keep on them...they will eat you alive like you are their legal shark bait. Demand a MONTHLY detailed billing.Keep a good ledger. Even down to the increments used in your phone calls with them. |
