no will - WORLD Law Direct Forums

Unregistered Posts: n/a	no will my father died three years ago and we have not located a will. my brother and i are the only survivors and the estate is up in the air. the car i drive is in my fathers name and i cant get insurance on it because of this. i understand we could go through probate but we have no money for a lawyer.is there anyway my brother and i can claim the estate since we agree on everything without having to go through probate
