Default UK Law- regarding will.

Under UK (England) Law, If I received money (25,000) two years before my father death is it legal for the Exceutive (my older sister) to subtract this amount from my share of my fathers remaining estate?

Not if it was a separate gift or grant--as opposed
to say a loan.
