inheritance
My parents were separated and they have their own family. my father live in California and I live here in Philippines. I saw in the internet the
other day that he passed away last april 2007. I have no idea if I have inheritance from him. Do I have the right to claim any inheritance? |

Possibly, depending on if your are known (or can be proven) to be his child. But if your father passed away some time ago, chances are that any estate was already distributed.
