copy of Will & Trust !

My late grandfather had made & regd. a Family Trust including all family properties for the benefit of us, his grandchildren.My father is the M.D. of the trust . other trustees are my mother , my 2 brothers & me . My father keeps all the income of trust properties & harasses us for money . He challenges us to go to court . How can I get the Copy of the Will & Trust Deed ? Can i file a Partition suit ?

If he is truly harassing you over this and not acting properly, then have a lawyer review your issues and file in court to remove or change the trustees.

It is very easy to do--and often done.

At present we are in a house which is on the name of my 2 brothers. If I file a partition suit, My father is likely to ask my brothers to forcefully evict me from the house . My wife's Dental Clinic is running in the same premises . Can I get a Stay Order Against the forceful eviction?
