estate
I was providing in home care for a man who has recently passed away. He provided me with a vehicle to drive him to and from appointments and also for my own personal use such as going to and from work. He verbally gave me the car instead of a raise in pay. My name is on the insurance but not the car. the executer of his estate told me I have to return the car until the proper legal procedures are made. Such as transfer of title. She says its because of the insurance.Yet I am on the policy. Do I have to return the car? Will I be arrested for having the car? What can I do legally?

If you claim you really do own it then you need not return it; ask the executor simply to make sure the title is now reflected accurately. If a dispute exists about ownership then it may have to be heard by a judge.
