Question property under litigation

I'm an Indian residing in Bangalore. My husband has brought an injunction over my property and has filed the case in the family court claiming his right over the property. I'ld like to know the consequences, suppose I sell it off to parties willing to buy this litigated property .

Default Re: property under litigation

You can do that with the burden existing on the land unless the court order prohibits the sale or transfer.
