I'm an Indian residing in Bangalore. My husband has brought an injunction over my property and has filed the case in the family court claiming his right over the property. I'ld like to know the consequences, suppose I sell it off to parties willing to buy this litigated property .

we are an sheduled caste our grand fathers father had an agriculture land in 1934 which issued by the DC which was registered by the amildar and the saguvali chit was also issued but we dont no that whether he had paid tax or not but after 8 years it was been aquired by some other person and person had sold to another and now the case is going on under ptcl act and the respondent is argueing that he had taken the land in auction , whether this is possible , and whether we can get our land back or can we sell it when the case was registered.
