Husband and brothers received thier mothers estate collectively as she had no will
My husband and two brothers received thier mothers estate collectively as she had no will. One brother passed away, does his share go to his wife or back to the two surviving brothers? Can't seem to find out any info on this topic can anyone help?

Hi, well its a question about law, sorry I don't have any knowledge about all this things, whoever get the house, the basic thing is he should take such kind of decision that the property becomes secured for future also and I think investment is the best option. I have invested my money in real estate and happy that real estate investment is going the right way.
