someone broke into estate and stole things

these persons broke into the estate with a key and removed items and locked the door after them. Now they deny it and want to know why i havent filed an insurance claim on it. A vacant home is only covered for fire and i wasnt executor yet and have no idea what was in the home before my time of inventory. They even accused me of removing those items my self and lying about it. We had three break ins in all and the basement flooded after the last one and i feel they shut off the breaker for the sump pump to make that happen. Now they are sueing me for the cost of cleaning up that mess. I was so set up to do this estate and these persons just want to get rich on my nickle after all this sabatoge. What can i do here, they lied about so many things, put lies on the internet that i was sexually explicit with my grandchildren and then went to apply for gaurdianship of them and told the court they want an order on me or anyone related to me cannot have any contact with my grandchildren unless their therapist thinks its in the best interest of the children. Three years later i find this out and they wont tell me who the judge was, who were her witnesses to those statements or even who the therapist is. Road blocks all the way. The court was the one who told me she did this. So now the judge thinks i am some pervert too i guess. This person slandered me on the internet made threats of extortion or she would hurt my grandchildren. she was their foster mother now she is calling herself litagation gaurdian and administrator and gaurdian of those children is this not conflict of interest. Family Services denies knowing anything about any of this. This person had a lawyer send out a letter to us to turn over the whole estate to their client, not nameing who that was or they would file to have it turned over to their client. Who we thought was this man. Not this other women. So much deceit has happened here, what can we do about any of this tangled web she weaved. Lavisa
