false pretenses in filing excutive papers

can someone file for executive using someone elses name and making false statements that there is no executive so they are filing when there is an executive already for five months. then as the other executive use correspondence from someone elses sent mail as theirs to file law suits against you claiming they filed those law suits. The particulars in the law suits states this is this mans daughter and makes comments about his grandchildren. Then this women who is his daughter in law states she filed that law suit and those are her letters. Does that make the last law suit invalid because the particulars are lies and she files another law suit making false accusations she cooked up with her mother in law and another lady. This other lady gave an affidavit to the courts about what went on here and the courts are still pursueing this law suit. How can i prove all this was very underhanded and have all this espunged from the courts and blast her law suit out of the water. lavisa

what actually happened?

there were three people died. One family member filed for administration and was givin that right straight away in April. 2005. In june 2005 one family member filed for one of the others that died and was refused and didnt apply again. in july that same person filed with an 87,000 bond for the last person and refused and reapplied and was ok for administration on the last person. The first person and last one were married. This family member then filed to absolve the joint tenacy and made themselves litagation gaurdian of the children and then filed under who we assumed was this family member to have half the estate turned over to them. All the estate was going to three children of the deceased. They filed that the children would never see that money and they wanted it all turned over to their client not naming this person. Well that didnt happen but they succeed in having the original adminsitrator removed and the trustee took over half the estate. Now this person filed an affidavit in court against the reading of the accounts as herself claiming she filed those law suits. Thus admitting that (and this i dont understand) that she is litagation gaurdian and administrator and now is gaurdian (was foster mother) of the said children. This person filed that she doesnt want any expenses paid for the first administrator, even though the first administrator finished off the estate. This person made many false accusations in her affidavit and were proven lies and she wont tell the court who her sources are but they still persue it and keep asking the same questions and the judge lets this go on and on. This person conspired with her mother in a law to say the first administrator was disposing of household items that didnt belong to her. This came about because some other lady who helped clean up the estate and was paid for by the first administrator had called the mother in law and asked her is there was anything special she wanted from her step daughters estate and they colluded to remove items and give them to the mother in law with the first administrators permission or knowledge of. Now this women filed an affidavit in favor of the first administrator that she never thought as a courtesy call that it would cause the first administrator so much grief. That she had asked that lady if she wanted anything but didnt remove the items or give them to the lady. I filed an affidavit with the courts about this and how the second administrator had refused to be interviewed by the police when someone entered the house with a key and removed all the items of value from the home. Then she spoke to the police on Nov. 25. 2005 and had her lawyer write the first admin lawyer stating that a police officer had told her there was no insurance on the property and she spoke to the police officer that he turned the property over to the first admin and the place was secure. The first admin spoke to this officer after this and he quoted that he spoke to the first admin not the second admin on Nov 25, 2005 according to his notes and what they discussed. This person lied to the police using the first admin identity. Then this second admin told the police that she has sent persons to the home to remove items for her and named them. This person was in the hospital at the time and couldnt have done what she told the police. The police are investigating and charges are pending but they are very slow to finish up this investigation. The first admin asked for a continuance stating to the master that they were waiting for particulars from the police about this identity theft and her lawyer filed to bring it back up for this month. They dont want this brought up in court. The first admin asked the court to have this women prove all her allgations and they wouldnt make it an order and she hasnt to this date made any statements where she got all this garbage from and half truths and turned around stories. What can be done to stop this person or make her prove her allegations against the first administrator. The second admin did nothing to help clean up the estate they flately refused and didnt pay any expenses of the estate either. Now it can be seen by the way they said we should have had a cleaning and moving company take care of things and the first admin pay out of pocket for it. They denied all payment of receipts and lawyer expenses for the first admin and are asking for damages of 30,000 k because they never filed for admin till august 05 and the estate was done by then. The first admins lawyer put the title in the admins name so she could deal with real estate and lawyers pertaining to the property. This second admin complained no one asked her if the price was ok with her. The house was sold before she even had her lawyer contact the estate lawyer. This is all after the fact, the first admin had no idea that these persons were filing law suits and they felt the damage and harassement and break ins were brought on by these person's to delay the disposal of the estate so they could place another law suit that it took to long to clear up the estate. How can this person be stopped. what can they file or crossclaim or make a statement of claim against her and her mother in law and using her father in laws name and the first admins name. The childrens trust is paying for her three lawyers she hired to do all this. The first admin her estate lawyer quit. The first admin has no money to hire a lawyer since all money is tied up in this estate. What can they do here.
