Default Last Will

My mother died last October in Florida. She left a will which I have not seen. I am disabled and live outside the USA and my only brother is the one taking care of everything. I have not seen the will, he has not shown me what our mother has left behind in assets and liabilities and I am in the dark as to what is in store for me here.
Also I was divorced last November 15, 2006. The judge ruled that I pay 2,200 dollars in alimony to my ex-wife. But my actual retirement pay is only 2,695.00. My lawyer computed my gross income by including my disability pay which obviously I need for my upkeep. I have not paid her since the ruling came. I have left all my possessions with her since I cannot bring them overseas.
Please let me know how to deal with these.
Thank you.
